01. About Wick Mobile Tyres

Wick Mobile Tyres provides mobile tyre fitting, tyre replacement, tyre repair and roadside tyre assistance across Kent and South East London.

In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wick Mobile Tyres. "You" and "your" refer to the customer booking or using our services.

02. Bookings

When making a booking, you must provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, contact details and the service required.

A booking is confirmed once Wick Mobile Tyres has accepted the booking and confirmed the appointment.

03. Services

Our services may include:

• Mobile tyre fitting
• Emergency tyre fitting
• Tyre replacement
• Tyre repair and puncture assistance
• Roadside tyre assistance
• Tyre fitting at home or work
• Emergency jumpstart assistance

Service availability depends on your location, vehicle, tyre availability, technician availability and safe working conditions.

04. Prices & Payment

Prices may depend on the tyre size, tyre brand, vehicle, location and type of service required.

We aim to provide clear pricing before work begins. If additional work or charges become necessary, we will explain them to you wherever reasonably possible before proceeding.

Payment is due according to the payment method agreed at the time of booking or service.

05. Tyre Availability

Tyre availability depends on current stock and supplier availability.

If you request a particular tyre brand or model, we will make reasonable efforts to supply it. A specific tyre cannot be guaranteed unless its availability has been confirmed.

06. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location.

• Provide correct vehicle and tyre information.
• Provide an accurate service location.
• Make the vehicle accessible to our technician.
• Provide the locking wheel-nut key where required.
• Inform us of known vehicle or tyre issues.

07. Safe Working Conditions

The safety of our customers and technicians is our priority. We may refuse, postpone or stop work if the requested location is unsafe.

This may include dangerous roadside locations, heavy traffic, flooding, poor lighting, unstable ground, severe weather or insufficient working space.

08. Appointment Times

We aim to attend within the agreed or estimated appointment period. However, traffic, weather, road conditions, previous appointments and emergency callouts may cause delays.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed otherwise.

09. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a technician has already travelled to the requested location or special-order costs have already been incurred, charges may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

10. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles and their components may have existing wear, damage, corrosion or defects.

This may include wheels, wheel nuts, locking wheel nuts, valves, TPMS components, wheel studs or other related parts.

If an existing problem prevents safe completion of the service, we may stop work and explain the available options.

11. Tyre Repairs

A tyre repair will only be carried out where our technician considers the tyre suitable and safe to repair.

Some punctures or tyre damage may require the tyre to be replaced rather than repaired.

12. Emergency Callouts

Emergency services are subject to technician availability and safe access to the vehicle.

Emergency assistance does not guarantee an immediate arrival time. Traffic, weather, distance and other emergency jobs may affect response times.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, Wick Mobile Tyres is not responsible for losses caused by pre-existing vehicle defects, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe working conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, road closures, traffic incidents, supplier problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

15. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review and investigate the matter.

We aim to handle complaints fairly and work with customers to resolve genuine concerns.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer protection law.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

17. Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with the normal operation of the website.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

19. Governing Law
